Complaint
A viewer complained the programme, which explored the prospect and possible consequences of Donald Trump being re-elected to the Presidency of the United States, showed pervasive bias against him.Β The ECU considered the complaint in the light of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ’s editorial standards of impartiality.
Outcome
The ECU noted that the programme included interview material from a number of Trump supporters, as well as archive clips of Mr Trump himself in which he set out his position on a range of issues. In the ECU’s view that was sufficient to maintain impartiality in the context of this programme
