Papier mache Gup-A

You will need
- Balloon
- Water
- PVA Glue
- Shredded newspaper
- Paint brush
- Blue paint
- Yellow paint
- White paint
- Blue card
- Pipe cleaners
- Scissors (grown-up use only)
- Sticky tape
- 2 ice lolly sticks
- 3 milk carton lids
- Modelling clay
- Pom pom
