Great British Bake Off finalist Steph Blackwell popped in to show us how to make gingerbread decorations that can also be enjoyed as a yummy treat if you feel peckish!

You will need
  • 150g Cubed unsalted butter
  • 175g Plain flour
  • 85g Strong white bread flour
  • 1 Large egg
  • 50g Light muscovado sugar
  • 50g Soft light brown sugar
  • 25g Golden syrup
  • 1/tsp Baking powder
  • 2Tsp Ginger
  • 1Tsp Mixed spice
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Cookie cutters – Chrismas tree, gingerbread man, snowflake.
  • Icing tubes
  • Ribbon
  • 1 x Straw

These gingerbread decorations are super fun to make.
