When told of his contradictions, he blithely disavowed the book, saying β€œthere were bound to be” errors in it. Quizzed in court about his notorious claim that the Queen had warned him that there were β€œdark forces” at work in Britain today, he replied: β€œDoes it say β€˜dark forces’? Well, that’s an error. The Queen never mentioned dark forces.'
