I've got my shorts, my sunglasses and a couple of quid in my pocket. We're having a whipround at the moment to see if we have the necessary to get at least a couple of us over to Cannes. Jeremy Rawlins is editing - you'll be familiar with him by now - his photo's just above Carrie's on the right. Really it has to be his final decision. See if you can persuade him!
Sparky Marc is PM number two today so he'll be keeping a close watch on the blog as well.

jonnie - yes I must agree, somehow I had imagined Jeremy to be a little more butch than that. I think it's the blonde fringe & lipstick that surprised me most. Still, you know the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ- terribly broad minded& all that.
Well I certainly think someone ought to go to Cannes. Even if it's just to annoy Eddie, now that he'll be on his way north. The weather here is so horrible & grey & wildly windy I wouldn't blame you for trying to escape for a bit.
Go on Jeremy - be kind to the team. Let them have a little scamper somewhere sunny & warm. (All right - don't get carried away - I was just thinking of the nearest tanning cubicle at that little beauty salon round the corner- Β£5 for 10 minutes isn't it?)

First of all, for the benefit of the directionally challenged:
Place your right arm forward, palm down.

Turn your right hand over, so it's palm up.
Turn your left hand over, so it's palm up.
Put your right hand on your left shoulder.
Put your left hand on your right shoulder.
Put your right hand behind your neck (RHS).
Put your left hand behind your neck (LHS).
Put your right hand on your left hip.
Put your left hand on your right hip.
Put your right hand on your right hip.
Put your left hand on your left hip.
Move your pelvis to the right.
Move your pelvis to the left.
Move your pelvis to the right again.
Simultaneously jump up, turn 90 degrees clockwise, and clap your hands.
