Project manager, Eastern Europe, Julie has worked for Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Media Action since 2013, designing and implementing a portfolio of media development projects for the Middle East, North Africa, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia, and managing grants funded by the European Union (EU), Foreign Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO), and United Nations (UN) agencies.
