Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing
If like us you support new and unsigned music then you need to know what Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing is all about. Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing is a brand new platform designed to give unsigned artists the opportunity to reach a bigger and wider audience, starting with the launch of the new Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing stage at Glastonbury 2007.
This aspiration is right at the heart of the music ethos of Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Asian Network, and British-Asian music is playing it's part right from the beginning.
One month ago we put forward a slew of select British-Asian artists for the opportunity to perform on this inaugural Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing Glastonbury Stage.
A panel of Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio DJ's, from Ras Kwame to Steve Lamacq, Bobby Friction AND Emily Eavis, selected THREE of our artists to perform alongside the other 21 unsigned acts.
Those acts are: TIGERSTYLE, RIZ MC and JAG
You can follow our selected acts through the Glasto experience live on Asian Network throughout Glastonbury, and you will able to watch performances and listen to the live sets from the main Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing website. We'll be keeping you updated right here on the Asian Network website.
And stay peeped to this blog for Bobby Friction's first Glastonbury blog next week, containing a special insight into our Asian Network Roots Stage line-up (broadcasting LIVE on Friction and Electro East) including Swami, Bandish Projekt, Catch 22, Midival Punditz and Nerm.
Introduce yourself to Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Introducing.
