The candidates had to create an advertising campaign for a new box of cereal. Kate's team flew with Captain Squawk and Kimberly's went with the Pants Man superhero idea. Kate and her team sailed into victory with their treasure theme but Kimberly's team was left to battle it out in the boardroom. Kimberly was the fifth candidate to be fired.
