Kate versus Yasmina

Kate and Yasmina go head-to-head in the final showdown. WhoÌýwill hear the dream words from Sir Alan, 'you're hired'? Get the lowdown on the finalists

27,Ìý Licensing Development Manager

Track record: Unflappable Kate has put herself forward as project manager once on the advertising task and won. She's been on the winning team 6 times.

Admires: SexÌýand the City's Samantha

Describes herself: 'I'm not a one-trick pony, I'm very ambitious, I'm really hard working, and I really want to work for your company.'Ìý (week 10)
'I don't mind being challenged. I don't get intimidated easily.' (week 11)

High point: A skilful co-ordinator. She gives clear, straight-forward answers to difficult questions. Letting her hair down when selling the air guitar toy on the selling on TVÌýtask.

Low point: Being distracted during the new product selling task by love-interest Philip - Kate made no sales. 'I'm absolutely insulted that anything that goes on in my personal life impacts on my performance' she said in the boardroom (week 7).

Funny moment: Referring to a blini as a 'bellini' when pitching to the City client in week 2's catering task and then going on to promise to serve tomato, mozzarella, tuna and basil oils 'as a hot canapé.'

What they say about her:
'Very in control, very precise... a little bit too robotic,' says Karren Brady.
'Maybe she's not got a personality,' says Nick.
'You might have someone really good for this,' says Bordan Tkachuk.
'Little miss perfect... I don't see any dynamics. I don't feel fire...You're not passionate,' says Claude Littner.

Will Kate be the next apprentice? Sir Alan is concerned that 'robotic' Kate lacks 'personality' and may be too good to be true.

Ìý27, award-winning restaurateur

Track record: Yasmina has taken the Project Manager helm 3 times and won each of her PM tasks. She's been on the winning team 5 times.

Admires: 'Richard Branson's attitude to personal-service and would love to have been the brains behind Microsoft'

Describes herself: 'My employers might describe me as rude, brash, a little blunt... but winning is everything to me' (week 2)
'I've always done very well. I've never had an interview and not got the job' (week 11)
'Only one thing intimidates me and that's failure' (week 11)

High point: Marching her team to victory with her cost-price, over-sized canapés in week 2.

Low points: Her prickly reaction to Claude's probing questions about her business accounts. Confusing cedarwood with pricey sandalwood in week 4's soap task. It might be the credit crunch, but is Yasmina too focused on keeping costs down? She compromised quality for profit in the catering task and took no risk with her choice of products in week 10's selling on TV task.

Funny moment: Flirting with James live on air for the selling onÌýTV task.

What they say about her:
'She wasn't all that credible,' says Claude.
'She's an incredibly confident woman,' says Karren

Team mates say: Debra on Yasmina: 'In this process the only other person I have met who is just as dominant and just as stifling as me is actually Yasmina.'

Will Yasmina be the next apprentice? 'Here for the right reasons?' Sir Alan is deeply concerned about why Yasmina wants toÌýgive up the freedom of running her own business to come and work for him. 'When I started my business wild horses would have had to drag me back to work for some one else,' he said in the boardroom (week 11).

Watch the final of The Apprentice this Sunday 7 June at 9pm.
