Professor Green makes the Radio 4 Appeal on behalf of Groundwork UK. Their Green Doctors are energy efficiency advisors who take practical steps to help vulnerable people and those at risk of fuel poverty and social isolation.
Β£200 covers the cost of a Green Doctor visit
Β£30 will buy a warm pack with hats, gloves, blankets and hot water bottles for two people.
Β£50 can pay for energy saving measures for three people in need.
