My last piece of music is Pharrell Williams' Happy, which is on a new compilation CD called Catchy. When we put all these details into Proteus, Proteus can't find this track, but we know that the song Happy by Pharrell Williams will be in there somewhere, albeit on another album.

So what we can do is search for the song and just change the details of the album and I'll show you how. What I'm going to do is I'm going to take Catchy out of album title and just search under title Happy, artist Pharrell Williams. So we know this is the right song Happy by Pharrell Williams and it's on the Girl album.

So all we need to do is change a few things. So if I tick the box to the left hand side of Happy and then select the tab at the bottom here that says create track like selected, what will happen is I can save myself a bit of work and avoid duplication in the Proteus music library. Everything is as it should be at performance level.

Moving on to work, that's correct too - title Happy, composer Pharrell Williams. The only thing that needs to change is the album title. So I'll change the album title here, which doesn't exist. So I'll create a new album and then I just need to put in details of the side and track number. And so I've saved the track and you can see it's appeared here at the top of my list - Pharrell Williams singing Happy on the Catchy album.

So I can just drag this into my item and change the duration. It might be that I've got a complete track within my running order. If that's the case, what I'll do is, I'll do the same thing - a contemporary music search.

When I find a piece of music, I drop it in its entirety to sit between content items. But for this running order, I'm all done, all I've got to do now is click paperwork complete at the bottom of the page here. Proteus asks me if I'm sure, because once I click this button, I can't go back and make any changes. Once you click this, you can see at the top there's a green tick next to the running order items tab.

And finally, you just need to click send music report on the left hand side here. This sends a message to the Music Reporting Unit that your music reporting is done. And for you, your paperwork is done.

Remember, you've got to click send music report. Even if there's no music in your programme, it just says to the Music Reporting Unit that you've acknowledged music within your programme and you're sure there's none in there. So if your programme is repeated as it is, there's no need to go through inputting all this information again. Proteus will just refer to the details you put in for the original programme.
