Roles and Responsibilities 

• Anna is the HR Director for 麻豆约拍 Content which includes the following areas: Television, Radio and Music, Sport, Childrens and Education.
• She has responsibility for leading, creating and delivering the People strategies across these areas, including delivering the business objectives, supporting culture initiatives, and ensuring an inclusive end-to-end employee experience.
• Anna is a member of the Content Senior Leadership Group, the 麻豆约拍 People Leadership Team and is a sponsor for 麻豆约拍 Pride.

Biography

Anna has held a variety of generalist HR roles at the 麻豆约拍 including within 麻豆约拍 Content, 麻豆约拍 News (where she worked with the 麻豆约拍鈥檚 international teams), and 麻豆约拍 Studios. In addition, she undertook a specialist industrial relations role and led the people workstream to set up the original creation of 麻豆约拍 Studios as a commercial entity. Prior to the 麻豆约拍, Anna held HR roles within the Energy industry. She holds a BA in English literature and an LLM in Employment Law.

Expenses and central bookings

Expenses are costs incurred by 麻豆约拍 staff on behalf of the 麻豆约拍 and claimed through the 麻豆约拍's expenses system.

Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the 麻豆约拍 and booked through the 麻豆约拍's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
